Film production for Arctic Thinking, a MICE incoming partner of nine destinations in North of Norway.
About
Arctic Thinking is about collaborating to explore and to develop prosperous solutions – north of the ordinary dependent on each other. One company and 9 destinations above the arctic circle in the North of Norway. The destinations are: Helgeland, Lofoten. Harstad, Narvik, Tromsø, Alta, Hammerfest, SOmmerøya and Svalbard ( Spitsbergen)
The project:
The scale of the project was a challenge and a test of the whole Brodstone Network team. As this was a MICE project where all elements of a destination was a part of the production. Photo and video production of all suppliers from Hotel, restaurants, activity companies to conference and event venues. Furthermore a full scale archive of nature, culture, fjords, animals and people was an important part of the fulfillment of the project. Four photographers, one producer and project manager were a part of the production. It was a complex production with a big scale production . The total field production was 12 weeks for winter and summer season. WIth this project we now have Norway's biggest digital archive under the same roof, covering 70% of Norway. The project was delivered as contracted and on time.
The video featured is one of the main showreels for the client.
